Botox, Daxxify, Letybo

Smooth expression lines without looking frozen

Neurotoxins like Botox®, Daxxify®, and Letybo® reduce the appearance of lines caused by repeated facial movement. By relaxing targeted muscles, they soften expression lines while keeping your face looking natural and expressive.

At Rocky Mountain Beauty Bar, treatment is guided by facial anatomy, movement, and balance. The goal is not to erase expression, but to refine it in a way that feels subtle, controlled, and true to your features.

  • Frown lines (11s)

  • Crow's feet

  • Lip flip and lip lines

  • Brow lift

  • Jaw tension or clenching (masseter)

  • Gummy smile

Our Approach to neurotoxins

A more complete approach to wrinkle reduction

Neurotoxins like Botox, Daxxify, and Letybo soften lines by relaxing targeted muscle movement. They're effective, but they're rarely the entire picture. Lines don't form in isolation. They're influenced by volume loss, skin quality, and how your features change over time. Treating one layer can help, but treating the right combination is what creates results that actually look balanced.

That's why we don't approach wrinkle reduction as a single treatment. We look at how everything works together, then build a plan that supports your features now and holds up over time.

Dermal Fillers

Restore structure and refine natural proportions

Dermal fillers restore volume and improve facial balance by supporting the underlying structure of the face. Rather than simply adding volume, treatment is approached with precision to enhance proportion, symmetry, and overall harmony.

Our approach is conservative and highly customized. Rather than chasing volume for the sake of volume, we use filler to support facial harmony and create results that feel smooth, proportionate, and natural.

  • Volume loss in the cheeks or midface

  • Lip enhancement and definition

  • Chin and jawline definition

  • Facial asymmetry

  • Early jowling or lower-face heaviness

  • Deep folds and facial creases

  • Overall facial balance and contour

Our Approach to Dermal Fillers

Where structure matters more than volume

Dermal fillers are often associated with adding volume, but when used well, they're about restoring structure and proportion. Small shifts in support—through the cheeks, jawline, or chin—can change how everything sits and moves. The goal isn't to add more. It's to place the right amount, in the right areas, so your features feel balanced without looking overdone.

What that looks like is different for everyone. It depends on your anatomy, your goals, and how your face has changed over time. That's why every plan starts with a consult to determine what will actually make a difference.

Sculptra & Radiesse

Improve skin structure & support stimulating collagen

Biostimulators like Sculptra® and Radiesse® work differently than traditional fillers. Instead of simply adding immediate volume, they stimulate your body's natural collagen production to gradually improve structure, firmness, and skin quality over time.

These treatments are ideal for patients who want natural-looking rejuvenation that builds slowly and lasts. The result is not an instant "done" look - it is stronger support, softer lines, and a more refreshed appearance that still feels like you.

  • Gradual volume loss

  • Skin thinning and reduced elasticity

  • Early jowling or lower-face heaviness

  • Loss of structural support

  • Fine lines and creasing

  • Overall firmness and collagen decline

  • Long-term facial rejuvenation
Our Approach to long-term rejuvenation

Results that build over time

Biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse work differently than traditional fillers. Instead of creating immediate volume, they stimulate your body's natural collagen production to gradually improve structure, firmness, and skin quality.

The change is more subtle at first, but it builds. Over time, the skin becomes stronger, more supported, and more resilient. This is about creating results that develop, refine, and last. The right approach depends on how your skin is aging and what kind of timeline makes sense for you.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Support repair using your body’s own biology

PRP is created from your own blood and concentrated with growth factors that help stimulate healing, collagen production, and tissue repair. It can improve skin quality, enhance other treatments like microneedling, and support regenerative processes within the skin.

Because PRP works with your body's natural regenerative process, it is a strong option for patients who want improvement that feels more restorative than artificial. It is often used as part of a broader treatment plan for skin rejuvenation or hair restoration.

  • Fine lines and early aging

  • Skin texture and tone

  • Dullness and reduced radiance

  • Mild skin laxity

  • Collagen support after microneedling

  • Overall skin quality and regeneration

Our Approach to regenerative treatments

Better results start beneath the surface

PRP uses your body's own growth factors to support healing, collagen production, and overall skin health. It doesn't add volume or change movement; it improves the quality of the tissue itself. Skin that’s healthier responds better to other treatments and holds results longer.

Sometimes PRP is used on its own. More often, it's part of a broader plan with supporting treatments like microneedling, lasers, or injectables to improve how everything performs over time.

Questions about the CARES Consult

Everything you need to know before you book your consult.

Do I really need a consultation, or can I just book a treatment?

You can absolutely book a treatment directly. That said, many clients choose to start with a CARES Consult because it gives them a clearer, more thoughtful path forward. Even if you feel confident in what you want, this helps us confirm that it's the right place to start or allows us to adjust the plan in a way that leads to better, longer-lasting results.

What actually happens during the CARES Consult?

We start with advanced imaging using Glimpse to get a clear, objective view of what's happening beneath the surface. From there, we talk through your concerns, your history, and what you're hoping to achieve. It's a real conversation that isn't rushed or surface-level, so we can make recommendations that are thoughtful, specific, and actually aligned with you.

I’ve had treatments before. Is this still worth it?

Yes, and for many clients, this is where things really start to come together. If you've had treatments before, the CARES Consult helps us step back, look at the full picture, and bring everything into a more cohesive plan. Sometimes that means refining what you're already doing. Other times, it means adjusting your approach so your results feel more consistent and intentional.

What if I already know I want something like Botox or filler?

That's completely fine. The consult gives us a chance to confirm that choice, refine how it's done, or identify anything that could enhance your results. Sometimes it reinforces your original plan, while other times, it opens up a more effective approach you may not have considered.

Is the consultation applied toward treatment?

Yes. The $75 consultation fee is applied toward your treatment or plan if you decide to move forward.

What do I walk away with?

Clarity. You'll have a better understanding of what's worth doing now, what can wait, and how to approach your treatments in a way that actually makes sense for your goals. If you're ready, we can move forward with treatment or next steps. If not, you'll still leave with a clear direction.

Why not just try one treatment and see how it goes?

You can, but that approach often leads to inconsistent results or unnecessary spending over time. The CARES Consult helps you skip the trial-and-error phase and move forward with a plan that's designed to work from the start.

What if cost is a concern?

We completely understand that this kind of care is an investment, and it should feel thoughtful and manageable. That's part of why the consult is so valuable. It helps prioritize what will make the biggest difference first, so your plan feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

We also offer financing options through Cherry, which allows you to split your treatments into manageable payments. If that's something you're interested in, we're happy to walk you through it or you can explore more on our financing page.

Cosmetic Injectable FAQs

What these treatments actually do, how to choose the right one, and what to expect before you commit.

How do neurotoxins like Botox, Daxxify, and Letybo work?

They relax the muscles that create expression lines, which softens wrinkles and helps prevent deeper lines from forming over time.

Treatments take about 15–30 minutes. Most people start noticing results within a few days, with full results around 10–14 days. You may have slight redness or small injection marks right after, but they resolve quickly.

What’s the difference between Botox, Daxxify, and Letybo?

All three are neurotoxins. They work the same way, but differ slightly in formulation, longevity, and how your body responds.

Botox is the most established and predictable
Daxxify may last longer for some patients
Letybo is a newer option with a softer price point

We don't default to one. We choose based on your goals, muscle strength, and how your body typically responds.

How long do results last?

It depends on the treatment:

Neurotoxins: typically 3–4 months
Dermal filler: 6–18 months, depending on area and product
Sculptra and Radiesse: gradual results that build over time and can last 1–2+ years
PRP: varies, often done in a series for best results

Longevity depends on your metabolism, lifestyle, and how consistently you maintain treatment.

Will I look frozen or overdone?

No, not when it's done correctly. Our approach is to soften movement, not erase it. You'll still look like yourself, just more rested, balanced, and refined.

If you're worried about looking overdone, that's usually a sign you need a more conservative, medically guided approach.

What’s the difference between filler and Sculptra or Radiesse?

Filler adds immediate volume and structure. Sculptra and Radiesse stimulate your body's own collagen, which improves skin quality and restores volume gradually.

They're not interchangeable. In many cases, they're used together as part of a long-term plan.

Are injectables safe?

When performed by trained medical providers, yes. At RMBB, all injectable treatments are performed by licensed Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants under physician oversight with a strong focus on anatomy, safety, and long-term outcomes.

How do I know what I actually need?

Most people don't need just one treatment. That's why we start with a consult. We look at your facial structure, skin quality, and long-term goals, then build a plan that makes sense for you. Sometimes that includes injectables. Sometimes it doesn't.

Can I come in for “just Botox”?

Yes, but we'll still assess whether it’s the right approach. If Botox alone will give you the result you want, we'll do it. If something else would be more effective, we'll explain why.

We don't treat based on trends. We treat based on what actually works.

Does it hurt?

Most people are surprised by how tolerable it is. We use techniques to keep you comfortable, and treatments are quick. Some areas are more sensitive than others, but it's generally very manageable.

What is PRP therapy used for?

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses your body's own growth factors to support healing and regeneration. It's commonly used for skin quality and texture, under-eye concerns, and hair restoration.

Results build gradually and are often done as a series.

Is there downtime after injectables?

Minimal. You can return to most normal activities right away. We'll give you simple aftercare guidelines to follow for the first 24 hours. Bruising is possible, especially with filler, but typically mild.

How much do injectables cost?

Pricing depends on the treatment and how much product is needed. We'll always walk you through cost before starting anything, and we can prioritize treatments based on your goals and budget. Financing options are available if you prefer to space out payments.
