Medical Wellness & Performance

Support energy, metabolism, and how your body functions

Feeling off doesn’t always come down to one issue. Energy dips, slow metabolism, dehydration, and nutrient deficiencies can all impact how you feel day to day, often in ways that are subtle but persistent.

At The Confidence Room, medical wellness services are designed to support your body more holistically. This may include medical weight loss supported by GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, along with IV hydration and targeted vitamin injections to help restore energy, improve metabolic function, and address underlying imbalances.

Whether your focus is energy, weight, or overall well-being, treatment is approached with a clear understanding of how your body functions and what it needs to feel balanced again.

  • Low energy and fatigue

  • Slowed metabolism or weight gain

  • Dehydration and nutrient depletion

  • Brain fog and lack of focus

  • Recovery and overall vitality

Small details make a noticeable difference. Well-shaped brows, defined lashes, and smooth skin all contribute to a more polished, put-together appearance without adding more to your routine.

These services are designed to enhance your natural features in a way that feels effortless. Whether you're maintaining results from other treatments or simply want a low-maintenance way to look more refined day to day, each service is performed with precision and attention to detail.

  • Sparse or uneven brows

  • Light or straight lashes

  • Unwanted facial or body hair

  • Overall grooming and polish

  • Low-maintenance daily routines

Questions about the CARES Consult

Everything you need to know before you book your consult.

Do I really need a consultation, or can I just book a treatment?

You can absolutely book a treatment directly. That said, many clients choose to start with a CARES Consult because it gives them a clearer, more thoughtful path forward. Even if you feel confident in what you want, this helps us confirm that it's the right place to start or allows us to adjust the plan in a way that leads to better, longer-lasting results.

What actually happens during the CARES Consult?

We start with advanced imaging using Glimpse to get a clear, objective view of what's happening beneath the surface. From there, we talk through your concerns, your history, and what you're hoping to achieve. It's a real conversation that isn't rushed or surface-level, so we can make recommendations that are thoughtful, specific, and actually aligned with you.

I’ve had treatments before. Is this still worth it?

Yes, and for many clients, this is where things really start to come together. If you've had treatments before, the CARES Consult helps us step back, look at the full picture, and bring everything into a more cohesive plan. Sometimes that means refining what you're already doing. Other times, it means adjusting your approach so your results feel more consistent and intentional.

What if I already know I want something like Botox or filler?

That's completely fine. The consult gives us a chance to confirm that choice, refine how it's done, or identify anything that could enhance your results. Sometimes it reinforces your original plan, while other times, it opens up a more effective approach you may not have considered.

Is the consultation applied toward treatment?

Yes. The $75 consultation fee is applied toward your treatment or plan if you decide to move forward.

What do I walk away with?

Clarity. You'll have a better understanding of what's worth doing now, what can wait, and how to approach your treatments in a way that actually makes sense for your goals. If you're ready, we can move forward with treatment or next steps. If not, you'll still leave with a clear direction.

Why not just try one treatment and see how it goes?

You can, but that approach often leads to inconsistent results or unnecessary spending over time. The CARES Consult helps you skip the trial-and-error phase and move forward with a plan that's designed to work from the start.

What if cost is a concern?

We completely understand that this kind of care is an investment, and it should feel thoughtful and manageable. That's part of why the consult is so valuable. It helps prioritize what will make the biggest difference first, so your plan feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

We also offer financing options through Cherry, which allows you to split your treatments into manageable payments. If that's something you're interested in, we're happy to walk you through it or you can explore more on our financing page.

Wellness & Aesthetics FAQs

What these services do, how to choose what’s right for you, and what to expect before booking.

Where should I start if I’m not sure what I need?

If you’re unsure, start with a consultation. Many clients come in with a general goal - more energy, feeling more like themselves again, or wanting to address changes they’ve noticed over time. From there, we build a plan that’s realistic, personalized, and designed to support you long-term.

What is medical weight loss, and how is it different from dieting?

Medical weight loss is a structured, provider-guided approach to improving body composition and metabolic health. Instead of guessing or following trends, your plan is built around your health history, your goals, and ongoing adjustments. The focus is on sustainable change, not short-term results.

Do you offer GLP-1 medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Yes. Medical weight loss plans may include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, depending on your goals and medical history. These medications help regulate appetite, improve metabolic function, and support consistent weight loss when used as part of a structured plan.

How do GLP-1 medications work?

GLP-1 medications help regulate hunger signals, slow digestion, and improve how your body manages blood sugar. In simple terms, they help reduce cravings and make it easier to stay consistent without feeling like you’re constantly fighting your appetite.

Do I need a consultation before starting medical weight loss?

Yes. A consultation ensures your plan is appropriate, realistic, and aligned with your health. It also gives you space to ask questions and understand what to expect before starting.

Who is not a good fit for medical weight loss therapy?

Some medical conditions may make certain weight loss medications inappropriate, including a history of pancreatitis, type 1 diabetes, or certain thyroid conditions.

That’s why everything starts with a consultation. We’ll review your health history, talk through your goals, and determine what’s safe and appropriate for you. If something isn’t the right fit, we’ll guide you toward options that make more sense for your body.

What are IV hydration treatments used for?

IV therapy is commonly used to support hydration, energy, immune health, and overall wellness. Because nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream, they’re absorbed more quickly than oral supplements.

Are vitamin injections different from IV therapy?

Yes. Vitamin injections are quick, targeted doses (like B12), while IV therapy delivers a broader mix of nutrients over a longer session. The right option depends on what you’re looking to support.

How long do lash, brow, and waxing results last?

Results vary depending on the service. Lash lifts and tints typically last several weeks. Brow services vary based on growth and maintenance. Waxing lasts until hair regrowth begins. These treatments are designed to be low-maintenance but still require occasional upkeep.

How often should I schedule waxing services?

Waxing frequency depends on your hair growth cycle, but most clients return every few weeks for consistent results. Regular appointments tend to make maintenance easier over time.

Can these services be combined?

Yes. Many clients combine treatments - for example, pairing wellness services with routine aesthetic upkeep - depending on their schedule and priorities.

How do I know I’m choosing the right treatment?

That’s exactly what we’re here to help with. Every recommendation is based on your goals, your health history, and what will actually work for you long-term. The goal isn’t to do more, it’s to do what makes sense so your results feel natural, consistent, and aligned with you.

Is weight loss medication safe?

When prescribed and monitored appropriately, weight loss medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide are considered safe for many people.

At TCR, your plan is based on your health history, your goals, and what’s actually appropriate for you. You’re not starting this on your own — everything is guided, monitored, and adjusted as needed so you feel supported and confident throughout the process.
